The ESSBAR is a garden bistro with outdoor seating only. It is therefore unfortunately closed in bad weather.
We only accept table reservations for the ESSBAR for groups of 6 or more. Please feel free to drop by spontaneously, we will certainly find a place for you.
The Essbar season ends on 19.10.2024
Enjoy a glass of our farm's own wines in our vineyard and let yourself be spoilt culinary at ESSBAR.

The Restaurant Miil works actively with local suppliers and cultivates its own garden, which supplies the kitchen with fresh herbs and vegetables every day. The food for the restaurant and the ESSBAR is processed with the utmost care and sustainability. Seasonal cuisine, fresh every day plays a central role as the seasons create the menu here.
