It thrives in different locations in Tscherms and is selected by hand at different harvest times. The vines in the vineyards are older than 12 years. Vinification: Careful harvesting and pressing of the berries, 10-day maceration with subsequent refinement for 17 months in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new barrels.
light ruby red, fruity nose with notes of raspberry, violet, herbs. Spicy on the palate, a beautiful interplay of maturity and freshness, elegance and fruit. Fine tannins.
