Wonderful Burgundy wines have been growing at Kränzelhof for over 100 years. The conditions here are
probably ideal for this variety. The classic Pinot Blanc
has been one of the most appreciated and popular
wines in South Tyrol for many decades. Vinification:
Careful harvesting and pressing of the berries, regular
battonage, cold fermentation and refinement of the
young wine for 6 months on the fine lees, part of it in used French barrique barrels.
